We represent a dynamic and multicultural team with different backgrounds. Our skills are complementary and working collaboratively is the status quo.
In the current team, we speak over 5 languages and we welcome diversity.
As a 100% volunteer based organisation, we are looking for people who are interested in indigenous issues.
All our volunteers work remotely in Central Eastern Time (GMT+2). We have no specified working hours, except for team meetings where we get have "stand up" or a daily brief.
The primary driver of our philosophy is to empower, protect and respect our tribal communities.
In thought, principle and representation. We are determined to be inclusive of society's left behind communities.
Working together across nations to reduce inequalities for indigenous peoples of the world.
Remodelling the structures of power from top-down to bottom-up. We appreciate initiative.
